Shooters Buffet began as Regency Steak House when Nick and Helen Akis broke ground for the building back in 1975. It has evolved over the years from a sit down steak house to a bar to what it is today. Many of our most loyal customers will come in and tell us that they have been here right from the beginning. They will reminisce about the buffets being on the patio and the umbrellas and chairs we had back then .The journey evolved in response to our customers needs and our own desire to have a true family oriented food establishment. The recipes that are offered today have also evolved. We have learned what our customers like best and have kept these tried and true dishes while adding new ones along the way.
